In the late 1800s, Gus Boone built this now historic white clapboard home at the center of the property. Surrounding the home are acres of mature trees, a large tented area that seats up to 400 reception guests, a bar and shaded cocktail reception area, and a fire pit, barn, bath house, private gardens, plenty of parking and separate ceremony areas.
Currently owned by Patty Trostle, Sundara is truly a unique Virginia treasure.
