2021 Lamborghini Super Trofeo

Blue Ridge Catering and La-tea-da’s Catering (Charlotte, NC) with the Event Professor (David Klingel) and Miami chef buddies Elgin Woodman and Linda Fallowes all came together to collaborate on this fun and exciting event at Virginia International Raceway.
The team served close to 2,000 meals over the course of 3 days. Breakfast and lunch were provided as well as boxed meals for the racing teams. A served buffet for the VIP guests in the Lamborghini hospitality area was also provided daily. The hospitality lounge included a bar with coffee, espresso, gelato, beer & wine.
